Additional Details for Role:
We’re seeking a Hyperscience Developer with 3+ years overall experience that includes Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) experience and working Python skills to build, enhance, and support document automation solutions. You’ll configure Hyperscience pipelines, improve extraction performance, and integrate outputs into downstream systems.
Key responsibilities
• Configure and develop Hyperscience pipelines for ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, and exception handling.
• Build and tune extraction approaches (templates/rules/ML-assisted) to improve accuracy, confidence scores, and straight-through processing.
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation scripts, validation utilities, API integrations, and troubleshooting/analysis.
• Integrate Hyperscience with enterprise platforms via REST APIs/webhooks, file drops (SFTP), queues, RPA, and workflow/case management tools.
• Define and implement human-in-the-loop review processes, including field-level validations and QA sampling.
• Establish testing practices (test sets, regression packs), and support release management across environments (dev/test/prod).
• Monitor production performance; triage defects, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvements.
• Document solution designs, configurations, runbooks, and operational handoffs.
Required qualifications
• 3+ years of experience and hands-on IDP experience; at least 1–2 years specifically with Hyperscience
• Working Python skills (scripting, data handling, API consumption, basic debugging).
• Strong grasp of OCR/ICR concepts, document classification, key-value and table extraction, and exception workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices: Git, environment promotion, testing discipline, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into extraction logic and validations.
Preferred / nice to have
• Experience with workflow/case platforms (ServiceNow, Pega, Appian) and/or RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and secure handling of PII/PHI (RBAC, audit logs).
• Experience operating IDP solutions at scale (high volumes, SLAs, performance monitoring).
