Python Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a Python Developer to join a growing technology organization in the software and technology industry. The Python Developer will work on developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This Python Developer opportunity is a long term open ended contract opportunity and requires you to sit on site in Durham, NC on Thursday.

Responsibilities of the Python Developer:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Assist with automation and infrastructure-related initiatives as needed.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements of the Python Developer:

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science required. Candidates with degrees in Computer Engineering or Mathematics will be considered based on relevant technical skills.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• 0-2 years of professional software development experience.

Compensation for the Python Developer:

• $80,000 - $88,000
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
