Full Stack Developer
As a Full Stack Developer, you will partner with engineers, product owners, and investment professionals to design, develop, and deploy applications that support trading, portfolio management, and analytics platforms. Responsibilities include:
- Building RESTful APIs and microservices using Python technologies including FastAPI, Flask, Dash, and Streamlit.
- Developing responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Designing and optimizing SQL databases and queries across platforms such as Snowflake and SQL Server.
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
- Supporting production environments and troubleshooting application performance issues.
- Collaborating within Agile teams and contributing to code reviews, documentation, and best practices.
- Leveraging AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong software engineering fundamentals.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of professional full stack software development experience.
- Strong Python development experience and expertise building RESTful APIs.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, Dash, Streamlit, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development technologies.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing frameworks.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other container orchestration platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Prior experience within financial services, capital markets, or fintech is advantageous.
- Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York.
- Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office.
