Our client is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join their team in Newark, NJ, with a hybrid work schedule (2 days per week onsite). Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a primary focus on Python and database solutions.
Build and optimize complex database queries while understanding database structures and cloud storage technologies.
Develop and manage containerized applications, leveraging Docker and cloud-native orchestration tools like AWS ECS and EKS.
Implement and maintain development processes using tools such as version control systems (e.g., Git), issue trackers (e.g., Jira), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for improvements in development practices.
Clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions to team members, stakeholders, and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience developing software solutions, with a focus on Python and database-driven applications.
Advanced proficiency in Python programming and SQL database management.

Hands-on experience with Docker and managing container-based environments, particularly within AWS ecosystems.
