Summary

This job is open to all U.S. citizens. Selections made under this bulletin will be processed as new appointments to the civil service. Duties

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Python applications integrating ML and LLM models. Utilize popular Python modules (e.g., NumPy, Pandas) for data processing and analysis. Conduct performance analysis to identify memory leaks and ensure scalability in multi-threaded environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deliver new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. Use Git or Bitbucket for version control and collaborate using Visual Studio Code. Integrate with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases using SQL. Implement and maintain security best practices, including authentication and authorization. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Resolve production outages and issues by analyzing Splunk logs and Dynatrace. Apply scaled agile practices and update user stories in Kanban/Sprint boards.
