Python Full Stack Developer (Azure Databricks) Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $77/hr (W2) Duration: 6 Months Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required (W2 only – No C2C, No third parties)
Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with Azure Databricks exposure to design, build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions. This role focuses on back-end systems, APIs, and data-driven applications while collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate has strong foundational experience building applications from the ground up using Python and SQL, with hands-on system design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications, APIs, and scripts using Python
Build highly scalable applications in Core Python
Work with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Design and integrate databases, third-party services, and RESTful APIs
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
Support CI/CD and deployment processes
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
Assist in system design and architectural decisions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (application development from ground up)
Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps)
Experience designing scalable system architectures
Current hands-on development experience (not support or QA-focused roles)
