Python Gen AI/ML Developer

Job Title: Python Gen AI Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (3 Days Onsite)
Candidate will be working on Artech's W2 with the rate :  $65-$70/h 

We are seeking a Python Gen AI Developer with 5+ years of experience in Python, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies.
Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and machine learning pipelines.
Build and optimize Python-based ETL workflows, REST APIs, and SQL/Oracle data solutions.
Develop AI agents using Copilot Studio, Agentforce, MCP, and other agentic frameworks for enterprise automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and enhance production-grade AI/ML solutions.
Strong experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and Responsible AI practices is required.
