We are looking for an experienced Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team.

Schedule: 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM Applicants must be available and comfortable starting work at 3:30 AM.

\n

Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience, + approximately $5/hour in tips

\n

The successful candidate will work closely with our Pastry Chef and assist with the daily production of a variety of pastries and desserts, including macarons, cakes, pastry creams, tarts, and other French pastries.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pastry Chef with daily pastry production

• Follow recipes accurately and consistently
• \n
• Work with a variety of ingredients and pastry techniques
• \n
• Prepare and organize ingredients for daily production
• \n
• Set up and maintain daily inventory
• \n
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• \n
• Keep the workstation organized throughout the shift
• \n
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• \n
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the pastry team
• \n

• Previous professional pastry or bakery experience required

• Must be able to consistently start work at 3:30 AM
