Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a QA Analyst to support quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:• Review production batch records to ensure compliance with GMP standards and accuracy of documentation
• Audit manufacturing processes, evaluate raw materials, bulk, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Investigate deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) issues; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Support and train production staff on SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Use data and lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste
What You Need to Bring:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food processing, etc.) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science discipline OR equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of cGMP and 21 CFR regulations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
