We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst / Software QA Tester to help us improve the quality, stability, and user experience of our digital products.
As a QA Analyst / Software QA Tester, you will help test new features, review existing workflows, document bugs, and support product releases before they go live. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding issues before users do, writing clear bug reports, and working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.
You will test website and application features across desktop and mobile devices, review important user flows, and help make sure releases are stable, polished, and ready for production.
Responsibilities include:
Test new website and application features before release.
Perform manual QA testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Review user flows such as registration, voting, checkout, account access, emails, forms, and admin tools.
Create and follow test cases for recurring product releases.
Document bugs clearly with screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
Re-test resolved issues to confirm fixes.
Help with regression testing before major launches or production releases.
Work with product managers, engineers, and operations team members to prioritize issues.
Monitor live product behavior and flag anything that looks incorrect or risky.
Help improve QA checklists, testing processes, and release readiness over time.
This is a full-time role based in San Antonio, TX. Expected work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
1+ year of QA, software testing, technical support, operations, or related experience.
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
Comfortable documenting bugs with screenshots and steps to reproduce.
Ability to follow checklists, test cases, and repeat testing procedures.
Located in or near San Antonio, TX and available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
Experience with Linear, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar ticketing systems.
Experience with manual QA testing, regression testing, smoke testing, release testing, and bug tracking.
Experience testing ecommerce, payment flows, user accounts, forms, emails, admin tools, or web applications.
Familiarity with browser developer tools, mobile testing, iOS, Android, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, automation testing, or QA documentation.
Competitive salary range of $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
