Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for Windows UI and web applications.
- Proficiency in backend and automation scripting utilizing C#, .NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web UI automation platforms like Selenium and integrating automated web load-testing tools.
- Experience in executing test automation across cloud infrastructure environments utilizing AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with relational database querying, data validation, and constructing complex SQL procedures.
- Experience in integrating automated test suites into CI/CD build pipelines and testing enterprise ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills to lead technical proof-of-concepts and train cross-functional QA teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and scale modular automation frameworks tailored for Windows desktop and web-based applications.
- Develop reliable functional, regression, and smoke test suites optimized for parallel execution and stability.
- Establish foundational framework components including object repositories, deterministic test data, and logging mechanisms.
- Integrate automated testing triggers directly into continuous delivery build pipelines to publish real-time metrics.
- Conduct technical proof-of-concepts and cost-benefit evaluations to select modern automation software stacks.
- Collaborate with application developers and product owners to establish testable requirements and risk-based coverage.
- Author technical framework documentation, sample code repositories, and deliver hands-on training to QA staff.
