QA Coordinator

JSG is recruiting for a QA Coordinator – Temporary Position in Telford, PA
Overview:
Join a dynamic Quality Assurance team as a QA Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. In this temporary on-site role, you will support key quality activities, coordinate shipping and trade compliance processes, and help manage customer warranty complaints—all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Pay $27/hour

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of quality documentation, records, and reports

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems, quality management systems, or other business software
• Familiarity with Trade Compliance, shipping documentation, warranty claims, or customer complaints
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or technical certification in a related field; comparable experience acceptable
• 2+ years of proven experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of US FDA’s Quality System and Medical Device Reporting (MDR) regulations (strongly preferred)

Other Requirements:

• Must be a US Person under export law (e.g., born in the US, US territory, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual status)
