QA Documentation Specialist

We’re hiring a QA Documentation Specialist for our Northwest Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: QA Documentation Specialist
• Location: 77008
• Pay: $20.00/hour
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties:
• • Prepare and review documentation packages to ensure compliance with ASTM, ASME, customer specifications, and internal procedures
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of Material Test Reports (MTRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and supporting quality records
  • Submit and distribute completed documentation packages to customers through designated portals or email
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or nonconforming documentation for correction
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality records and customer documentation
  • Operate scanning and document imaging equipment to digitize and archive records
  • Organize, file, and maintain documents within the document control system
  • Ensure records are properly controlled, labeled, and stored in accordance with QMS requirements

• • Previous experience with quality documentation, document control, QA, or a related role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to review and organize technical documentation
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
