Job Description
Job Title: QA Engineer – Contact Center / Telephony
Location: Elk Grove, CA – Onsite
Employment Type: W2 Contract Only
Rate: $50/hour W2 all-inclusive
Key Requirements:- 3+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience
- Experience testing Contact Center, Telephony, or CTI environments
- Experience with platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, Avaya, Cisco, or comparable technologies
- Experience with Cyara or similar automated voice/channel testing tools
- Working knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP fundamentals
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and UAT testing
- Test automation experience using Python, JavaScript, or comparable language
- Experience testing REST APIs and webhook integrations
- Knowledge of Git, SQL, application/service logs, and defect tracking
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, regression suites, and defect documentation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent testing workstreams
Preferred:- AI/ML feature testing, including routing, intent classification, summarization, or virtual agents
- Omnichannel testing across voice, chat, email, and task
- Platform migration / feature-parity testing
- Playwright, Selenium, pytest, Jenkins, or similar automation frameworks
- Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, or comparable observability tools
- Performance/load testing and ITIL/ITSM experience
