As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare services. You will work closely with our development and testing teams to identify and resolve any issues with our software systems and applications. Your attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software systems and applications

- Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing

- Collaborate with development and testing teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of our software systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in QA testing and automation

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

- Participate in the design and development of new software features to ensure they meet quality standards

- Perform regression testing to ensure that previously fixed defects do not reoccur

- Document and maintain testing procedures and results for future reference

- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall quality and performance of our software systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and QA methodologies

- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with healthcare software systems is a plus
