QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a healthcare project focused on the US market. Tasks distribution: 60-70% Manual QA + 30-40% Automation QA. This role is ideal for a proactive QA specialist who enjoys working across different testing areas, combines manual and automation testing skills, and is comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing activities
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, PMs, and other QA engineers (8 team members total)
• Participate in requirement analysis and Shift Left testing activities
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs
• Support and maintain automated tests
• Validate frontend, backend, APIs, and business workflows
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and E2E testing
• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile testing
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements
• Use AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency and daily workflows
• Take ownership of testing tasks and proactively communicate risks/issues

Requirements:

• 1,5-2+ years of commercial QA experience
• Hands-on experience with: Web testing, Mobile application testing, API testing
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
• Experience with AI-assisted testing approaches
• Basic SQL and JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Jira, and TestRail
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud
• Understanding of client-server architecture and REST APIs
• Ability to analyze requirements and think critically about edge cases
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• English level: B2+ (spoken and written)

As a plus:

• Experience in Healthcare / MedTech projects
• Practical automation experience with: Cypress, Appium
