We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong ETL Testing and Retail domain expertise to lead testing initiatives in an Onsite–Offshore delivery model. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in database testing, QA automation, and AI-driven testing workflows, along with a deep understanding of retail marketing systems and end-to-end data flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA teams across Onsite–Offshore model
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Review requirements and prepare comprehensive Test Plans
- Design and execute ETL test cases, test scripts, and validation strategies
- Validate data integrity, mappings, transformations, and loading processes
- Perform database testing using complex SQL queries for data validation
- Conduct data reconciliation between source and target systems
- Implement and leverage AI-based automation in testing workflows
- Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams for data validation and quality assurance
- Work on end-to-end testing of retail marketing and backend systems
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in ETL Testing & Database Testing
- Hands-on experience in QA Automation (mandatory)
- Experience with AI-driven testing/automation tools (must-have)
- Expertise in ETL testing types:
- Data Accuracy, Data Completeness, Data Quality
- Metadata & Transformation Testing
- Initial & Incremental Load Testing
- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, Facts & Dimensions)
- Proven experience in Retail domain (marketing & backend systems)
- Strong QA process knowledge and testing lifecycle experience
- Experience working with Onsite–Offshore teams and stakeholder coordination
