Dairy Plant QA Coordinator

If you have 3+ years of experience in dairy regulatory compliance, quality assurance, compliance auditing, or regulatory affairs within a dairy or food manufacturing environment, this Dairy Plant QA Coordinator position could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Join a large-scale dairy manufacturing operation that produces and distributes products enjoyed by consumers every day. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for food safety, regulatory compliance, audits, and employee training, helping ensure products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

You'll partner with leaders across Quality, Production, Maintenance, and HR to drive continuous improvement, strengthen compliance programs, and support operational excellence throughout the facility.

This is a temporary 90-day assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Dairy Plant QA Coordinator Duties
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with dairy industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver regulatory compliance and food safety training for employees across multiple departments and shifts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate compliance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain audit records, training documentation, compliance reports, and regulatory files.
  • Analyze compliance data and audit trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk reduction.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Pay: $23.25 - $30.25/hr DOE

Dairy Plant QA Coordinator Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in dairy regulatory compliance, food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of dairy industry regulations, including PMO, FDA, and state regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting compliance audits, investigations, and implementing corrective actions in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead compliance initiatives.
