Job Summary (List Format) QA Functional Coordinator (Temenos T24 Migration)

- Coordinate and drive end-to-end testing activities for the Temenos T24 migration program.
- Serve as the main point of coordination between business users, functional teams, technical teams, and project management.
- Ensure efficient delivery of testing, prompt resolution of issues, and accurate progress reporting.
- Manage multiple testing streams simultaneously in a complex banking environment.
- Utilize Jira/Xray or similar test management tools for tracking and reporting.
- Apply functional knowledge of Temenos T24 and banking processes, preferably in private/wealth management.
- Coordinate SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.
- Develop training documentation and user guidance materials.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Work effectively across functional and technical teams.
- Adapt to hybrid work arrangements and potential travel requirements during key project phases.
- Preference for Miami-based candidates and those in the EST time zone.
- Spanish language skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies are a plus.
