Shift: 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm must be flexible with schedule.
A QA Inspector (or Quality Auditor) is responsible for ensuring packaging products meet rigorous manufacturing and customer standards
Core Responsibilities:
- Product Inspection: Conduct measurements and tests for durability, safety, and functionality, inspecting output samples for consistent quality.
- Testing: Perform necessary lab tests, approve first-article items (for both new products and machines), and release random boxes on the production line.
- Documentation: Document inspection outcomes, complete reports, and logs using digital tablets, and fill out PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) paperwork.
- Floor Operations: Post and update quality alerts on the manufacturing floor and control the quarantine area for defective goods.
- Auditing: Conduct warehouse audits and assist in formulating inspection protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer Compliance: Monitor and verify all actions related to customer complaints and Incoming Inspection areas.
Must have at least 1yr experience and be bilingual (English & Spanish).
Training in the morning for 2 weeks.
