QA Inspector

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ensures quality documentation, product quality, and product completion are accomplished per SPP requirements.
• Assist in routine quality inspection per SPP procedures and customer standards.
• Assist in MRB activities. 
• Review of Job Packets after job completion for data and accuracy
• Closure of work orders (Job Traveler) in ERP
• Review / Approve Incoming Inspections
• Verify material transfer to individual jobs
• Generate Reach and RoHS documents to meet customer compliance requirements
• Monitor label accuracy on presses, grinders and dryers.
• Maintain SDS logbooks in both facilities to meet safety requirements
• Collaborate with shipping to generate required documents (Material Certs, COC) to ensure customer needs are met
• Is a member of the internal auditing team
• Participates in all company audits: Internal, ISO, Customer, and 3rd Party
• Performs, as assigned other similar or related duties. 
• May on occasion be required to assist with various quality department needs as they arise.
