QA Inspector - Temp 3 Month Assignment Immediate Need

Our unique fusion of nature and science has led to the development of formulations including multivitamins, shake powders and specialty products tailored to the needs of men, women and children...all designed to enable our customers to live their best lives.The Quality Assurance Inspector's responsibilities are to review, check and ensure the quality of the all product produced from raw material, in-process to finished product:Expertise in all cGMP current requirements and regulations. Ensure that employees throughout each manufacturing area and the facility are following all cGMP rules. Document and inform the department Lead and QA Manager of any violations.Ensure all quality aspects of the facility and that the facility remains a high-quality manufacturing environment.Check the accuracy of all production records, including batch records, run sheets, destruction forms, and material reconciliations.Verifying the accuracy, integrity, and quantity of raw materials used in production batchesInspect and release all production work areas and equipment prior to start-up of batches and after cleaning of equipment.Perform quality checks on in-process and finished product during production runs.Perform inspection of all bulk products prior to packaging and shipping.Perform calibrations where designated.Perform all additional tasks relating to the Quality Assurance department as assigned.Physical Requirements:This position requires walking/standing throughout the dayMust be able to lift up to 30lbs.Qualifications:Education/Work Experience:High School diploma or equivalent, AS degree in related sciences preferred. Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or nutritional supplement industry along with cGMP training a plus.Technical Skills/Other Requirements:Good verbal, written, and communication skills necessary.LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!!Position is temp to cover maternity leave but could lead to a full time role at end of temp assignment.
