QA IT Specialist
Portland, OR (onsite)
4+Month Contract

Basic Purpose: Work closely with Business, IT, and third-party vendors to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform QA activities including test execution, data mining, defect reporting and tracking, documentation, status reporting, and test case creation on a need basis.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and design.
• Execute test cases that are already available.
• Perform data mining for test data.
• Report and track defects.
• Maintain testing documentation.
• Prepare status reports.
• Develop test cases on a need basis only.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with Business, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through verbal and written communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of QA experience.
• Experience in Utilities customer applications preferred.
• Experience in Utilities customer applications is preferred.
• Experience with Azure ADO is desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
