Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling, preparation, and testing of finished products, raw materials, environmental swabs, incoming water, and air.
- Operate laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, petri films, agar plates, Celsis rapid microbial detection, UV Vis, autotitrators, FTIR, TOC analyzers, pH meters, and more.
- Support environmental monitoring programs and operational validation activities.
- Conduct data entry, reporting, and communication of results using Excel and Infinity.
- Monitor and maintain lab material inventory and ensure proper documentation of in-house standards and solutions.
- Evaluate new or modified testing and measurement equipment.
- Participate in laboratory investigations and process improvement activities.
- Assist in training other lab technicians as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to the Chemical Hygiene Plan.
- Verify metal detector checks performed by operations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant external experience or 1 year of internal Rockline/Iatric experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred experience with electronic database systems and ERP systems for QA release functions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent standing/walking; occasional sitting, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching.
- Repetitive hand and foot movement.
- Work environment includes occasional noise >85db, hot and cold temperatures.
- Good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
Work Environment:
- Laboratory, production floor, and office settings.
- G shift/ Wednesday, midnight to 6 AM Thursday through Saturday 6 PM to 6 AM
