Roles & Responsibilities
Skill Set
10+ years of experience in software testing, including large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, including policy administration, underwriting, rating, billing, claims, and integrations.
Guidewire-certified, preferably with PolicyCenter certification or equivalent implementation credentials.
Expertise in end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance.
Experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integration; hands-on exposure preferred.
Strong leadership experience managing functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
