Job TitleConstruction Site ManagerJob DescriptionLead and oversee project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management plans for ground-up construction projects. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners to address quality-related issues. Track deficiencies, corrective actions, and closeout requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Review construction processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support commissioning activities and ensure quality standards are maintained through project completion. Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across all project teams.The Successful Applicant5+ years of construction quality management, QA/QC, or related experience. Experience on ground-up light industrial, distribution, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects required. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building systems, and quality management processes. Experience conducting inspections, managing punch lists, and overseeing corrective action programs. Knowledge of commissioning processes and quality documentation.
