Job Overview

We are seeking a QA Manager with strong Teamcenter/PLM testing and QA management experience to lead testing, quality governance, and release validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy for Teamcenter/PLM implementations.
Define QA standards, test strategies, and testing frameworks.
Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
Plan test cycles, resources, and release schedules.
Review test plans, cases, scripts, and test data.
Validate BOM, change management, workflows, and access controls.
Support integrations with SAP, MES, and NX/CAD systems.
Manage defects, triage, metrics, and quality KPIs.
Ensure requirements-to-test traceability.
Lead UAT and business sign-off activities.
Support test automation and automation strategy.
Coordinate environment, deployment, release, and production readiness testing.
Lead RCA and continuous QA improvements.
Mentor QA teams across multiple teams and locations.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of QA/Test Management experience.
Strong experience with Teamcenter or PLM implementations.
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter BOM, workflows, items, and datasets.
Experience with SAP, MES, and NX/CAD integrations.
Experience with ADO, JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Experience managing UAT, defects, test cycles, and releases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must be willing to travel or relocate for onsite requirements when needed.
