Job/Role Description: Knowledge of Snowflake and Azure. ETL Testing Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools. Experience in data gaps. Experience in managing QA teams and projects. Should have healthcare experience in Payers and Claims. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Automate tasks wherever possible. Should have automation testing experience. Act as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Review and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
