QA Manager

Akkodis is seeking a QA Manager for a direct hire position onsite in Salem, VA.\n \nPay Range: $115,000.00 to $118,000.00 per hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.\n \nAbout the role:\n \nThis role will lead Quality Assurance efforts at a manufacturing site (~125 employees) with a focus on improving processes, mentoring team members, and driving quality standards across a multi-shift operation. The environment is fast-paced and evolving, requiring a leader who can operate in ambiguity and help bring structure to existing processes.\n \nQA Manager job responsibilities include:\n \nThis individual will oversee QA operations, manage one direct report (Quality Supervisor) and four indirect reports across multiple shifts, and partner closely with plant leadership and HR.
