Ori Sandbox is seeking a skilled QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will oversee a team of QA professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure product quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to define quality requirements and testing standards.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
