QA Manual Tester (Jr.)
Washington, DC (remote)
Pay From: $30.00 per hour
MUST:
Must be able to obtain and/or pass a Public Trust background check
Experience as a Junior QA Manual Tester
Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics application testing experience
Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications
Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and retesting software defects
Experience working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve application defects
Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and develop effective test scenarios
Experience maintaining test results, test documentation, coverage metrics, and quality status reports
Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
DUTIES:
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics applications
Perform manual testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing
Support automated testing activities as required
Identify, document, and track application defects
Work with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution and retesting
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective test scenarios
Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test results, coverage metrics, and quality status reports
Assist end users during User Acceptance Testing and respond to testing-related questions and issues
Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies
Ensure testing activities comply with established organizational standards and QA best practices
Support continuous improvement of application quality and testing efficiency
