Manual QA Tester (3 Openings)
Location: Onsite, Memphis, TN
Duration: 6 months (likely extension)
- Looking for strong manual testers (not automation-heavy)
- Experience with test case execution, regression, defect tracking, Jira
- Experience in an Agile environment is required
Overview
Seeking Manual QA Testers to support testing efforts across enterprise applications in a manufacturing/operations environment. This role is focused on hands-on testing execution, not heavy automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web-based applications and systems
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira or similar tools
- Work closely with developers and BAs to validate requirements
- Support UAT efforts and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, etc.)
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing as needed
Required Experience
- 5+ years of manual QA testing experience
- Strong experience with test case creation and execution
- Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira preferred)
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Experience testing web-based or enterprise applications
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing systems
- Basic understanding of automation environments (not required to code)
