QA / QC Manager or QA / QC InspectorAn award-winning, rapidly growing General Contractor is delivering a landmark, billion-dollar hyperscale data center program and is expanding its Quality team. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading builder at the forefront of mission-critical construction, working on a long-term, high-profile project with strong financial backing and national growth plans.As a QA / QC Manager or QA / QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring construction excellence across a large-scale, ground-up data centre development, reporting directly into senior site leadership.Lead and implement the project Quality Management Plan across building, MEP, and civil scopesConduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and codesManage QA/QC documentation, inspections and test plans (ITPs), and close-out processesCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issuesTrack non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport commissioning and turnover to the client on a mission-critical facilityAct as a visible quality champion on site, setting standards and expectationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For these QA / QC Manager and QA / QC Inspector roles, we are seeking:Proven QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projectsStrong exposure to mission-critical, data centre, industrial, warehouse, or science / technology projectsDiscipline-specific experience in Building, MEP, or Civil works (role-dependent)Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality systemsExperience working with inspection reports, punch lists, and close-out documentationStrong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior site leadershipWillingness to travel full-time, with flexibility for future relocationWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary: QA / QC Manager (Lead): $140,000 - $160,000QA / QC Inspector (Building / MEP / Civil): $140,000 - $160,00010% travelling differential applied to base salaryPer diem of $195/day (21 days per month)3 weeks on site / 1 week work from home rotation, with paid travel homeMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchAnnual discretionary bonus and potential project completion bonusMonthly vehicle allowanceGenerous PTO, sick leave, and company holidaysLong-term career progression with a fast-growing contractor expanding nationwide
