Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a QA/QC Inspector for a Contract with a client in Westfield, IN. The ideal candidate will perform in-process and final inspections using precision tools while documenting results, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, and analyzing defects to support quality improvements.
Note: Shift: 6:30 am to 2 pm
Rate Range: $18/Hour to $19/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QA/QC Inspector Job Responsibilities include:
Perform in-process and final inspections of assemblies using blueprints and precision measuring tools.
Document inspection results accurately in batch records to ensure traceability and compliance.
Analyze defects and failures, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions.
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to cGMP and company quality procedures.
Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development and non-conformance investigations.
Maintain updated documentation and actively support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or a related field.
Experience using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and the ability to read blueprints/drawings.
Basic understanding of quality standards (cGMP) with strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to identify and report defects.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
