QA/QC Program Engineer V

Pay Range: $100/hr - $115/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate project performance.
• Analyze metrics to identify root causes of trends and collaborate with relevant parties to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of on-site partner construction QA and QC teams.
• Provide training on quality procedures and responsibilities within the QA/QC process.
• Interface between design, construction, and facility operations teams.
• Audit QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Review mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP) submittals for quality assurance.
• Conduct quality engineering reviews of design documentation and vendor quality manuals.
• Recommend and verify effective implementation of corrective actions for quality issues.
• Attend factory witness tests and perform onsite inspections for construction quality control.
• Develop project-specific QA/QC dashboards and present findings in semi-annual deep dives.
• Participate in construction meetings to ensure alignment on quality standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years experience in quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC) programs for data centers or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong mechanical and electrical QA knowledge.
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs.
• Familiarity with civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
• Proven experience leading QA/QC and commissioning programs.
• Background in contractor, consultant, and vendor management.
• Prior experience with construction quality tools.
