    Job Title: QA Technician

    Location: Burlington, MA (100% Onsite)

    Job Description:

    We are hiring a QA Technician to support quality engineering activities in a medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 4 years of quality assurance experience and knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 standards.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
    • Document inspection results and nonconformances.
    • Calibrate and maintain test equipment and fixtures.
    • Collect, analyze, and document quality data.
    • Support process monitoring, validations, and qualifications.
    • Assist with Gage R&R studies and control plans.
    • Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
    • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
    Requirements:
    • 2 4 years of QA/Quality Technician experience.
    • Experience with inspections, calibration, validations, and Gage R&R.
    • Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and quality systems.
    • Experience using measuring equipment, gauges, and hand tools.
    • Blueprint reading and data analysis skills.
    • Good computer, communication, and report-writing skills.
    • Medical device experience preferred.
    • ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification is a plus.
