We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Control Support Specialist to work with the Quality Control Manager (QCM) and our fabrication department. Duties:
Provide administrative support to the QCM, including document tracking, logging, and material traceability
Record and verify heat numbers to ensure complete material traceability
Maintain organized Quality Control documentation and inspection records
Prepare and compile Quality Assurance packages for customer and project submittals
Support shop-floor quality standards in coordination with the QCM
Assist with continuous improvement of Quality Control processes and procedures
Support internal and external audits as needed
Provide daily support to the QCM to ensure efficient execution of QA/QC processes
Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge of mechanical, process piping, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Understanding of welding processes and fabrication quality requirements preferred
Highly proficient in Excel, including data entry, validation, and basic reporting
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new quality systems, databases, and digital workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 for QA/QC documentation and tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with quality, fabrication, and project teams
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
Requirements:
2+ years of QA-QC experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
Superior organizational and planning skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Full-Time
