QA/QC Technician

Job Responsibilities - Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Perform weld inspection on fabrication according to applicable Code and project specifications - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain product consistency and reliability. - Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve them. - Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on product quality for management review. - Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conforming products. - Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements during testing and inspection processes. - Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and standards. - Keep up to date with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance and control technologies. - Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and standards to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.
