QA Recall Coordinator

Title: QA Recall Coordinator
Location: Mundelein, IL
Work Type: 5-days onsite for training, later transitioning to a hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 months + possible extension/conversion
Pay: $21-$23/hr

Must-haves:

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, medical devices/MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, regulatory, or a related environment;
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Strong customer service, verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone and email requests in a fast-paced environment
• Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements

Plusses:

• Experience with product recalls, field actions, corrections/removals, and medical device quality or complaint handling
• Experience with customer notifications, returned product processing, and Quality Management Systems
• Zendesk experience and familiarity with regulated documentation and audit readiness
