QA Receiving Associate (Small Parts)

The QA Receiving Associate (Small Parts) is responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, processing, and inventory management of incoming small parts inventory. This role supports quality assurance and receiving operations by ensuring products are properly identified, evaluated, documented, stored, and made available for production teams and customer orders.
This position combines receiving, inventory control, quality evaluation, cycle counting, and small parts fulfillment responsibilities. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work, organization, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and receive incoming small parts inventory accurately and efficiently
• Assist Receiving staff with product research and pricing verification as needed
• Evaluate pricing and product descriptions when market or list pricing cannot be determined
• Review assigned purchase orders and bids, ensuring all requirements and instructions are followed
• Verify item condition, quantity, and accuracy while documenting discrepancies as necessary
• Receive products into inventory systems, including recording serial numbers, firmware revisions, and other product data
• Photograph products according to company standards for inventory and website listings
• Complete inventory listings and supporting documentation for products sold on Radwell.com
• Put away newly received inventory in designated storage locations
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the small parts area
• Pick and process small parts requisitions and customer sales orders using handheld devices
• Ensure timely delivery of inventory to production departments and shipping operations
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and warehouse organization efforts
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
Metrics
• Maintain a minimum of 85% goal attainment under the weighted point system
• Process an average of 15 lots per hour or greater
• Meet designated productivity and processing standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy and listing quality standards
• Minimize processing errors tracked through the Management Reporting System (MRS)
• Missing inventory and processing errors may impact commission eligibility

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college, technical school training, or related experience preferred
Physical Demands

• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds

Compensation & Commission
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is eligible for a commission program following successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.
