Q.A. SUPERVISOR

Main responsibilities include:
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise QA Technicians, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee daily QA operations ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
- Manage various QA programs, including HACCP, allergen, and internal audits.
- Facilitate third-party audits and track corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. Experience with FDA, GMP standards.
- Certifications in HACCP and as an SQF Practitioner are mandatory.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety protocol.
