Our Mesa, Arizona facility is committed to high‑quality manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe QA Supervisor supports and coordinates quality assurance and quality system activities at the Mesa site. This role ensures compliance with ISO, IATF, customer, and internal requirements while supporting audits, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.The QA Supervisor works closely with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams and plays a key role in day‑to‑day quality system support and oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS)Assist with preparation and support of internal, external, registrar, and customer auditsTrack and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and quality metricsCoordinate document control activities, including procedures, work instructions, and recordsSupport quality‑related training, tracking, and documentationServe as a quality system resource for employees and leadershipAssist with inspection, testing, and quality documentation as neededSupport investigation and resolution of internal and customer quality issuesParticipate in cross‑functional quality and continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate quality requirements and system updates across departmentsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or quality systems rolesExperience in ISO and/or IATF‑certified environments preferredSkills & KnowledgeWorking knowledge of ISO and IATF standardsStrong documentation, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to interpret and apply standards, procedures, and customer requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systemsEqual Opportunity EmployerJX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
