Job Description Job Description Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to support Quality Assurance activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on documentation control, batch record review, and ensuring production documentation meets GMP and internal quality standards. The QA Technician works closely with both Quality and Operations teams to ensure records are completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.Key Responsibilities Issue and maintain controlled documents in accordance with document control proceduresScan, file, and organize quality and production documentationSupport data entry and maintenance of quality trending logsPerform ongoing review of batch records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and GMP complianceContinuously review production logs and documentation for completeness and proper entriesProvide floor support to operations personnel to ensure batch records are completed properly and in accordance with proceduresWork within ISO Class 8 cleanroom environments following proper gowning proceduresFollow safety procedures when working in controlled environments involving hazardous drug productsIdentify documentation discrepancies and escalate issues to the Quality team when necessaryMaintain organized and compliant documentation practices at all timesQualifications Experience in Quality Assurance, documentation review, or GMP compliance within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment is preferredFamiliarity with GMP documentation practices and batch record reviewStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to review and manage documentation accurately in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in cleanroom environments and following gowning proceduresCompensation $20-26.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMDiversified Sourcing Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
