We are seeking a full-time FSQA Technician for 2nd shift (3:30 PM-2:30 AM), with OT, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role offers $21.50/hr plus a $0.50/hr shift differential. Under supervision, the technician performs production line checks, ensures GMP compliance, and maintains product and process quality. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred food manufacturing experience and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include conducting GMP inspections, equipment calibration, reporting non-conformances, monitoring quality control processes, inspecting raw materials and finished products, and assisting with hold and sample inventories. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in refrigerated environments. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and flexibility.
