Quality Control Technician – Cedar Rapids, IA (Onsite)
Pay: $30–$35/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team in Cedar Rapids, IA. In this role, you will perform in-process and final inspections of new machinery, ensure equipment meets customer and quality standards, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Inspect new equipment and maintain quality documentation
Troubleshoot quality issues and support process improvements
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Service teams
Utilize precision measuring tools, testing equipment, and QA systems
Support compliance with safety and quality standards
Associate degree (Engineering or related field preferred – Mechanical/Electrical)
3+ years of manufacturing quality experience
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Strong communication and computer skills
