- Candidates should have vocational training with 3+ years (Technician II), 5+ years (Technician III), or 8+ years (Technician IV) relevant experience, along with proficiency in measurement tools, computer skills, and safety practices.
- They must adhere to EHS policies, participate in training, and work effectively cross-functionally, including rotating shifts.
- Requires strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation, with the ability to work independently and lead others as needed.
