We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to support production operations by inspecting, testing, and documenting products to ensure they meet company quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspections
Inspect materials, components, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
Verify packaging, labeling, and product specifications for accuracy
Identify and report any quality concerns immediately
Testing & Measurements
Perform basic product testing using company equipment
Measure product dimensions, weight, and other required specifications
Ensure all products meet quality and performance standards
Documentation
Accurately complete inspection reports and quality logs
Document any defects or non-conforming products
Maintain clear and organized records for each shift
Defect Handling
Remove and properly tag defective materials or products
Report issues to the QA Lead or Supervisor
Work with team members to resolve quality concerns quickly
Communication
Communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff
Provide updates on quality issues and production concerns
Ensure smooth handoff of information between shifts
Safety & Compliance
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to company quality standards and guidelines
Daily Job Duties
Review daily production schedule and priorities
Perform routine inspections throughout the shift (hourly checks)
Check packaging, labels, and barcodes for accuracy
Conduct basic product testing and measurements
Monitor production lines for quality issues
Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate any issues to the next shift
Qualifications
Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with strong attendance
Experience with quality assurance processes or testing equipment
Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments
Understanding of basic quality standards (ISO experience is a plus, but not required)

Accuracy in reporting and documentation
Ability to identify and communicate quality issues effectively
Shift
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm
