They evaluate samples, monitor antimicrobial levels, and support food safety programs like HACCP, SSOPs, and SPS, ensuring accurate calibration of monitoring instruments.
The role includes verifying receiving, storage, labeling, GMP compliance, and maintaining quality records.
They communicate inspection findings, suspend production if sanitary conditions are compromised, and retain non-conforming products.
Level II is achieved after 1 year of service and full training.
This position does not supervise others.
Preferred candidates have knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and experience with third-party food safety audits.
