    • Perform minor lighting maintenance, including bulb, fixture, and ballast replacement where appropriate.

    • Maintain floors and other interior and exterior facility areas.

    • Escort vendors performing maintenance or repair work and verify completed work meets requirements.

    • Coordinate access to customer cage areas when required.

    • Perform T-SCIF cleaning and prepare QA items for new T-SCIF spaces.

    • Label, secure, and deliver customer totes.

    • Install door signs, wire racks, plenum rugs, and other facility items.

    • Operate the Hotsy power washer and other approved tools and equipment.

    • Schedule and prioritize multiple assigned maintenance and QA activities.

    • Maintain clean and organized work areas.

    • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and Switch team members.

    • Complete required LMS training and continue developing job-related skills.

    What We’re Looking For

    • You notice details and recognize when work does not meet an established standard.

    • You take ownership of assigned work and follow through until it is complete.

    • You identify problems and recommend practical corrective actions.

    • You communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members.

    • You manage your time effectively and balance multiple priorities.

    • You work well independently and as part of a team.

    • You follow safety procedures when working with tools, equipment, materials, and chemicals.

    • You maintain a clean, professional environment and support a consistent client experience.

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • Two or more years of experience in construction, production, facilities, mechanical maintenance, or a related field.

    • Experience performing facility maintenance, light construction, or similar hands-on work.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify work that does not meet established standards.

    • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to develop and carry out corrective actions for routine facility issues.

    • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Outlook, and internal communication applications.

    • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Working knowledge of safety practices related to tools, materials, and chemicals.

    • Valid state-issued driver’s license.

    • Reliable transportation to the work site.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Job-related trade, construction, facilities, or maintenance certifications.
