Job Title: QA Test Lead (Automation & HHS Domain13+ Years exp)

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working on complex projects, including over two years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst, with responsibilities for preparing test documentation, conducting reviews, and obtaining stakeholder approvals using industry-standard methodologies.
• Proven track record in client-focused quality assurance, managing testing efforts across multiple high-profile projects involving complex functional domains within a matrix organizational structure.
• Strong experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases, tracking and managing defects, and creating automated tests within software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Jira plug-ins, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center.
• Proficient in configuring and implementing automated testing solutions using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in planning and executing functional testing activities, with specialized experience in the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
